Xojo is a cross-platform rapid development (RAD) environment that allows ordinary people to create complex software (applications, games) for different targeting platforms macOS, Microsoft Windows, Linux x86, IOS, Web, as well as Raspberry Pi.
Xojo uses its own object-oriented BASIC dialect, also known as Xojo.
Unlike most programming environments, project source code is not stored as text files by default, but in its own, uniform file format. However, the source code can be saved in text format for use with version control systems and can be exported to XML format.
